Business Analyst - elicit and analyze business needs for complex projects (using the Agile methodology for most), determine the impact and integration of solutions to customer’s business processes and systems, provided network design and installation, desktop support where desired and validate that solutions fit the long-term strategic vision of a variety of customers like

oStegall Petroleum, a fuel distribution firm; as Business Analyst, using MS Visio to layout and document the new network with all its computers, servers, switches, and routers. Advised them in some e-business areas such as website interaction with their convenience stores, POS, Facebook, camera video, etc.

oMcCorkle Construction, a commercial construction firm; using MS Visio to layout both their new network and their telephone system with all their computers, servers, switches, & routers as well as the telephones. We performed the cable installation, network installation and configuration according to the design submitted. From an e-business perspective, we also built a website, set up their email, and trained staff on use of both network and telephones.

oA commercial door distributor; using MS Visio to layout their telephone system and using Agile/Scrum methodology to elicit their software needs for an online door, door locks, etc. commercial purchasing system for large commercial projects.

oAn Agri-business; after setting up their computers, from an e-business perspective, introduced POS, built a website with online payment ability using Authorize.net, sales of branded products online, etc.

oA non-profit out in California for whom we used the Agile methodology where possible and MS Visio for workflow diagrams for the requested e-business, multi-level SaaS to be used with their clients.

oA small clothing warehouse; e-business growth by building a website through which their potential customers could find the closest of their outlets and receive Google mapping from their own address to the store; and set up an online sign-up for customer email notifications of upcoming special sales.
