Managed different clients cloud infrastructure in Citrix and in VMware platform.

Planning, Managing, configuring and troubleshooting issue related to HSD and HVD.

Responsible for resolving L2 issues and managed my team as a Team lead and resolved the escalated issues and balanced the work load.

Ensure proper communication with Team and prepared documents for resolving issues and shared with Team for knowledge base.

Build a sustainable relationship with client and provided a quick response for the client on email as well as on phone and resolved the issues through remotely.
