JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for providing technical assistance and support for all incoming calls related to computer systems, application, services, software and hardware which are out of warranty and for systems which are under Premium warranty remotely over the phone.

Responsible for providing resolution for hardware issues by getting the system hardware part replaced if required under paid basis after on call diagnostics.

Creating hardware dispatch and ensuring the issue is resolved.

Achieving sales target by selling system hardware and extended warranty.

Follow up and ensure issue has been resolved.

Provide orientation and training for new recruits.

Additional Duties:

Generate Reports on recurring intervals to assist team with maintaining team goals.

Assist new teammates.
