Responsible for analyzing, installing, maintaining and troubleshooting employees needs such as Microsoft Outlook.

Mentoring other OJT trainees as their OJT head

Responded to request for technical assistant in person via phone and remotely for the following technologies - Windows based.

Responsible for deployment and configuration of Lenovo Laptop for new employee.

Assisted user support on password changes for Domain logon, Outlook email and VPN.
