1.Clerk for City of Cape Town from 2001 to present
Duties Include:
Project management support including monitoring progress and reporting on deviation from schedule; creating, capturing and retrieving information on projects from the SAP, PM, MM and PS modules; engaging with SCM to resolve issues and expedite workflow; creating requisitions from notifications received from departments, send requests out to departments to release works order and closing upon completion of each project;
Administrative governance including booking time and capturing secondary costs for staff against projects; developing systems, procedures and policies to comply with corporate policies; providing an operational and advisory support within the department.
Performing the Human Resources administration functions for the Depot including advising staff on personnel matters, monitoring and checking HR documentation, maintaining personnel information, time sheet administration, updating of corporate documentation
Performing asset management administrative functions to ensure that the Depot assets are properly controlled
