ROLE & RESPONSIBILITYľ
PROJECT:-
* Monitoring day to day erection & fabrication of all steam & water pipe line& their supports, pipe rack & belt conveyor according to P & ID & plant layout.
* Involving in erection of 130 tph boiler and 27 mw turbine in rana power limited moradabad.
* On site communication with contractors & alloting work to efficient contractor. * Supervision day to day of line of & Boiler .
* Involving all pre- commissioning & commissioning activities of boiler & turbine.
* Inspection of incoming material as per project requirement, handling & proper utilization.
* Continuously monitoring parameters of desk operation, performance & maintain the require parameter for smooth and efficient operation.
* Co- ordinate with maintenance department for day to day operation.
* Handle emergency situation of desk operation confidently of boiler.
* Give necessary direction to field operator / technicion to check and ensure the assigned field jobs are completed and recorded timely.
* Exposure to power plant operation through dcs technology including light up of boiler
*Managing & Handling man power during erection of plant.
* Ensuring that equipment works to its specification and to appropriate capacities.
PRESENT CTC: - 4.80 Lakhs per annum
