Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations (hands-on) – 500 users - 5 sites

Executed a complete overhaul of the Rolex IT by re-architecting the legacy infrastructure. Re-organized a team of 12 Systems Engineers for project and operations. The changes solidified the team back together and increased user satisfaction. Initiated a training program to identify the skills gaps to cross-train the Engineers and brought professional certifications as part of everybody yearly objectives and development goal. Deployed Cisco Finesse Contact center with Colabrio Recording for IT to be able to establish full metrics and then extended the Contact center to the business side for our external facing customers.
