Offsite member of the Messaging and Collaboration Team for one of HCL America’s clients. I was responsible for the management of the O365 environment along with RightFax and Domino. Upgraded all of the Domino servers. Assisted with the migration from Lotus Domino to O365. Worked day to day tickets submitted by the users for assistance. Worked on decommission of the Lotus Domino environment and the migration of the Lotus Notes Archives to O365. Troubleshooted various mail routing issues within the environments. Responsible for the Blackberry 5.x environment including the setup and testing Blackberry 10 (BB10). Decommissioned the Blackberry environment assisted with the selection of the current MDM Solution of AirWatch. Worked with the backup team to make sure that the Domino system was being backed up. Restored mail file for Legal and IT Security request. Update RightFax system to send emails to users Exchange mail accounts instead of Lotus Notes Accounts.
