WORKING EXPERIENCE

I have more than 13 years of experience as a Infrastructure, Road, Building Structural & landscaping draftsman during this period I tried to work closely with the deadline and in close coordination with my seniors. I played my role as team player for the success of projects and tasks. During this period, I served in the professional organizations in India and Gulf.

It was a milestone in my career as I learned a lot of new techniques in drafting such as co-ordinates, x-references etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

ROAD WORKS: -

Preparation of various Site Development (Earth Work) Disciplines like Road layouts, Road Level, Road Profile, Road Crocs Section, Road Marking & Road Signage.

Preparation of Road cutting & filling drawing profile.

Working at Road project & Bridges, Culvert’s and Drainages project.

Preparation of road lighting & landscape lighting layouts,

Drawing survey data for Road & Highways as per client’s requirement in Auto Cad.

INFRASTRUCTURE: -

Preparing infrastructural Civil and Utilities shop drawings, As Built drawings and details drawings using AutoCAD 2019.

Preparation of detailed shop drawings for client’s and consultant approval.

Preparing Shop Drawings of Plan, Section & Elevation from Tender Drawings.

Preparing Shop Drawings of Ducts layout & typical section details drawings.

Surface Water drainage layouts, Manhole Details, Composite plans, Landscaping, Boundary wall profile & layout.

Preparation of planting, shrubs, garden furniture layout plan and foundation details.

Preparation of parking shed footing layout and foundation details.

Preparation of services coordination drawings including all underground utilities services such as foul and surface drainage, water supply and irrigation layout.

Topographical survey drawings in co-ordination with survey data.

Knowledge of drafting standards and codes, use of symbols and legends.

General layout plans for hardscape, like walkways and pavements layout plan.

Co-ordination with site engineers and supervisor team for excavation as per accurate step.

Site visit to draw the general Arrangement for their detail according to the standard Codes and the instructions of our Superior.

BUILDING STRUCTURAL: -

Preparation of computer aided drawings related to structural construction and outfitting of new building & road projects as detailed in client’s specification.

Preparation of detail shop drawings for various RCC & PCC structure elements like Foundation, Column, Beam and slabs.

Preparation of Co-ordination drawings of Excavation plans, Foundation setting layout and column axis layout etc.

Preparation of Structural detailed shop drawings (Foundation plans and Details, Column plans & Details, Schedules, Floor plans Beam Layout, Slab plans and its Reinforcement Details) for various RCC structures.

Working experiences on Villas, Shopping complex, Hotel & High-rise building.

Preparation of all Reinforcement details foundation, Column, Beam, Slab.

Preparation of As-Built drawings at the completion of project, which includes Structural drawings and site development works.

Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for all Reinforced works including but not limited to beam, column, slab, foundation, and precast foundations.

Knowledge of Industrial safety rules, regulation, and teamwork. Knowledge of Safety and Safety accessories. Industrial Safety prevention of accident, follow up of rules and regulations.
