Developed a program for Class mapping of assets of GSK Manufacturing Sites through Machine learning algorithms in Python which helped in saving manual effort of almost 10 hours per 1000 records.

Created Word Cloud using R to compare the number of breakdown’s causes of assets which helped in scheduling preventive maintenance properly and ultimately helping in the optimization of the production.

Improved quality of GlaxoSmithKline’s Asia Pacific manufacturing sites asset’s Data through text mining in R, created a Work Order Analysis tool which predicted Work order comments using problem code and causal code column of the Dataset and ultimately filled the gap.

Handled Asset’s and Material’s Data management and Data Reporting task for GSK Asia Pacific sites using MS SQL Server Management Studio. Extracted weekly and Monthly Stock Inventory Reports for Client’s use.
