MAJOR AND MINOR PROJECT

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT IN ANALYSIS OF STRESS CONCENTRATION ON F.G.M BY USING UNIAXIAL AND BIAXIAL LOADING

AIM:

• It will be able to conclude on which part of the plate does maximum stress

• Analysis of designed model for its effectiveness

• It will be able to tell whether the F.G.M plate

The project discusses the geometrical irregularities provided with elements which are used in machining. These irregularities disturb the stress distribution. In these study, the stress distribution of rectangular plate having a circular hole is analysed .The two different materials are used for this analyzed and result could evaluate the significant interactions of the above factors during manual lifting and optimized the parameters. It compared with one another to get an idea about stress distribution and deformation for the designing of the machine.
