Project-FRICTION STIR WELDING Duration : 3MONTHS

Welding of two aluminum alloy of AA6061 and AA5083 sheets of thickness less than 10mm through the Friction stir welding with controlling excessive heat supply.

Welding and testing of welded materials with different loads.

Analysis o f weld bead on the basis of welding speed,welding current and strength of welding.

ACHIEVEMENTS / EXTRA CURRICULARACTIVITIES/COURSES

Six-week training on AutoCAD & CATIA.The training program consisted of Interface,Drawing Aids & Basic Objects,

Complex Objects & Object editing, Blocks & Annotations and Plotting & Introduction to 3D modules.

Eight weeks course on Python.The training program consists of programming,connecting of data base.

Core java course is of eight weeks, this program period consists of programming basics in core java.

Completed 2 weeks internship(i.e 16/07/2018 to 28/07/2018) at “RINL(VIZAG STEEL PLANT)”.

Participated in “Fusion 360 Workshop-2018” held from 17-02-2018 to 18-02-2018 conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation(APSSDC).

Completed certification course in “MS-Office and C-Language”,conducted by MVN JS &RVR COLLEGE OF ARTS & SCIENCE (COMPUTER SCIENCE DEPARTMENT) from 13/05/2015 to 28/06/2015.

Participated in AIKYAM( R.I.District 3020) 49th rotaract District Conference,hosted by rotaract Club of GITAM University

Served as an NSS volunteer in Kakinada institute of engineering and technology(KIET) college
