Obtained my Responsible Oversight Qualification through Entergy to work at Palisades and assist with the installation of the NFPA 805 modifications. Assuring supplemental supervisors and workers complete required briefings, site orientation, and training. Verify that work package instructions are being followed and that all the required permits/clearances are approved and documented correctly. Observe work in the field making sure it is done safely and all required policies and procedures are being followed. Perform observations for supplemental supervisor qualifications. Report and correct safety issues, reinforce positive behaviors, and help identify/correct deficiencies in the field. Ensure Cobalt’s Supplemental Oversight Plan is read, acknowledged, and followed by our sub-contractors.

2011 – 2018


Management, quality control, and job planning for cooling tower work across the United States for nuclear power plants, refineries, steel mills, and commercial buildings. Reading prints and exchanging ideas with engineers to visualize and eliminate issues before they occur. Building innovative designs within the timeline and budget provided. Participated in training and leadership classes to help provide a safe and positive work environment. Engaged in supporting of other supervisors by completing work orders and instructing crews on details of the project. Communicating with engineers, project managers, oversight, customers, and corporate employees through conference calls and face to face meetings all while managing crews working in a safe productive manner.
