Obtained my Responsible Oversight Qualification through Entergy to work at Palisades and assist with the installation of the NFPA 805 modifications. Assuring supplemental supervisors and workers complete required briefings, site orientation, and training. Verify that work package instructions are being followed and that all the required permits/clearances are approved and documented correctly. Observe work in the field making sure it is done safely and all required policies and procedures are being followed. Perform observations for supplemental supervisor qualifications. Report and correct safety issues, reinforce positive behaviors, and help identify/correct deficiencies in the field. Ensure Cobalt’s Supplemental Oversight Plan is read, acknowledged, and followed by our sub-contractors.
