Responsible for taking calls, working with physicians’ offices to manage, labs, files and patient forms. Prepared paperwork for each patient correctly checked them in for their procedures. Responsible for contacting insurance companies to verify claims and correct patient information. Maintained an organized work area while scheduling patients and handling multiple cases at one time to assist each patient.
