DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Taking off quantities in compliance to Standard Method of Measurement. o Preparing monthly valuation and Payment Certificates. o Preparing variation along with IFC drawings and Tender documents. o Providing highlighted drawing to client for Progress Area. o Preparation of RFQ to invite subcontractor Quotation. o Preparation of monthly Interim Payment Application. o Identify the Variation and Raise the Variation Notification to Client. o Visiting the site for valuing the works done and material at site monthly. o Setting out the construction works according to the drawings and specifications.
o Monitoring safety & welfare in work environment. o Monitoring Reinforcement work in accordance with drawings. o Resolving the technical issues with employees, suppliers and sub- contractors.
o Attending Monthly Site walks with Consultant to agree for the Payment Application progress work.
o Preparation of Variation Order Request (VOR) for changes in the Contract Scope and Certification from Consultant
o Preparation and review of Subcontractor documents o Clarifying Subcontractor works on site for their Payment Certificate
