Predominantly focus on checking quality of products/services and project execution, brainstorm to chalk out effective quality control plans so that quality is never compromised and risk factors are nullified to the minimum possible extent. Defining and determining all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and supervising all testing methods. Creating and implementing the phases of control in the Construction’s Quality Control System that includes: Preparatory Phase, Initial Phase, and Follow-up Phase.

Establish a project Quality Management Program and lead the implementation of site based QA/QC Plans. Ensure the quality control plans as per contractors’/clients expectations are followed religiously. Identify problems, pose plausible solutions and implement those solutions to achieve objectives of the project.
