Substation Operation: 110kV/11kV Substation (Receiving Station) with power transformers up to 39 MVA operating in parallel, operation and maintenance of 110kV SF6 circuit breaker and 11kV vacuum circuit breaker. 1875 kVA HT capacitor banks for power factor corrections & for harmonics compensation, 110kV and 11kV Feeder Control Station with all standard protection scheme, 110V DC Battery Station (55 cells) as backup control supply for feeder panel. Also, has involved in the erection, testing and commissioning of 39 MVA transformer and nitrogen injected fire protection scheme (NIFPS) in 110kV substation.

High Tension (110kV & 11kV) Maintenance: Maintenance of substation, Four numbers of rectiformers with rating up to 2x12.607 MVA, Four numbers of High current Rectifier Stations with rating up to 73.5kA, 250V DC for electrolysis process, Seven Auxiliary Transformers up to 1500 for distribution of auxiliary power and 11 MVA HT capacitor bank station for power factor corrections.

Low Tension (below 11kV) Maintenance: MSBs, PCCs, PMCCs, MCCs, LDBs, Squirrel Cage and Slip Ring Induction Motors, EOT Cranes (3 Ton & 10 Ton), AC & DC UPSs, Industrial Illumination & Public Announcement Systems, Industrial Steam Boilers - all in association with plant auxiliary equipment’s, LT capacitors of 350 kVA for power factor corrections & for harmonics compensation, Variable Frequency Drives with type 2 coordination for high efficiency pumping application, Soft starters for optimized starting of induction motors, Three numbers of Emergency power sources (DG sets) with rating up to 415 V, 50 Hz, 750 kVA and its allied LT equipment’s.

SCADA Based Energy Monitoring System (EMS): Operation and maintenance of Vijeo Citect EMS SCADA server system and its SQL database, Monitoring and analysing of different load consumption, Maintenance and installation of hardware end of data acquisition, which includes installation of Conserv Energy meters, RS485 communication scheme, Protocol converting GATEWAYS, SMPSs etc.
