Job responsibilities:
3D modelling of Mechanical services and Creating BIM Content (Family) for MEP System
Checking routing feasibility of services with existing situation.
Performing BIM Clash detection and making necessary correction/alteration to MEP system Design.
Knowledge of handling and solving clash detections using Revit MEP,
Material take off and preparation of detailed Bill of quantities for HVAC and Plumbing works
Prepare the coordination drawing for the above false ceiling electro- mechanical services such as Drainage, cable trays, ducting, diffusers, and lighting fixtures, chilled & fire water piping.
Preparation of coordination drawing, with project requirements and in conjunction with other discipline.
Responsible for the coordination with site engineers for the preparation of shop drawings and submittals for approvals.
Able to produce revised shop drawing within one week upon receiving commented
Produce the desired deliverables in the form of Coordinated models, shop drawings, clash Reports with NAVIS WORKS etc. as per the requirements and the BIM execution plan
