Month end reporting for all 3G/4G related activities and revenue prevention MIS dashboard.

Usage Reconciliation: - Daily monitoring and analysis for all usage streams for Throttling – eligibility vs actual usage and rating group (CGF volume trend).

VAS Vendor Billing and Revenue Analysis: - VAS Vendor Billing Verification, Analysis on VAS Revenue, and Audits for Customer level charging.

Prepaid Revenue Risk Management: -

Validation of RECC data pack rental via recharge, USSD and SMS etc.

UPSS Rejects/ Failures (Like Recharges/MTR etc.) Analysis.

Verification of Talk time added to subscribers accounts.

Monitoring bill desk validation.

Monitoring of Daily Credit & Debit to customers of VAS Services.

Monitoring Service Rental V/s charged to customer.

Quality Management System (QMS) and Process Improvement

Quality Processes – Designing, Training, Implementation & Monitoring.
