Certified Internship for 8 weeks ( August 2018 - September 2018). my involvement will be in two particular instructions executed in Automotive Axles. The first task relates to a detail study of company profile and its various manufacturing capabilities. The second task corresponds to a observation on ROBOT SEAM WELDING MACHINE project. The training extensively covered all manufacturing processes adopted by the company and the robot seam weld machine related issues and their solutions.

M.Tech Major project work:

Certified Project for 10 months ( August 2018 - may 2019). Title: “Conveyor Interlocking With Equipment and Process Data Capturing.” Team size : 1 members.

This project discuss the application of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) in the process monitoring, control and data capturing in production process. This concept is a kind of taking PLC as the control core of the conveyor which is used for assembly line for production and its sub equipments. These collected data will be used for name plate engraving and other testing equipment results obtained are dumped to MES server. The whole process will be digitalized and work stations will become more reliable with interlocking, safety measures and process data acquisition. BE Major project work:

Title: “Use of interleaved flyback converter in water pumping application.” Team size: 4 members.

Project duration: February 2017- June 2017

The main aim of the project is to boost the unregulated DC voltage from the PV panel to regulated DC voltage using interleaved fly back converter. In this work we have utilised the solar energy to power the flyback converter, which intern boost the voltage up to 5 times. This voltage can be used for pumping water, automated test equipments that are being used in educational institutes. In future it can be used as micro-inverter. Curricular Activities/Award:
