Project Electrical Engineer - Responsibilities:

• Engineering & Coordination and execution of the Electrical & ELV services related to the project.

• Reviewing the project specification, preparing & taking approval of materials based on approved material tracking sheet.

• Coordinating with draftsman for the preparation of shop drawings & taking approval from consultant.

• Takeoff quantity of all Electrical materials & accessories based on site final requirements, preparing material request, submit to the purchase department and follow up for the materials to deliver based on requirement to execute work in time.

• Arranging necessary work permits, man power & ordering long time materials to execute the project in targeted dates.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and ensure that all Turnarounds/Major Shutdowns activities and work orders are implemented in an effective manner and in compliance with Sabic’s quality, health, environment and safety practices and procedures.

• Track actual execution of Turnarounds/Major Shutdowns against plan, recommend changes, if needed, and communicate the same with the concerned personnel.

• Ensure that all work problems, issues and disputes that might arise during the execution of Turnarounds/Major Shutdowns are effectively solved in coordination with all concerned parties

• Participate in developing Turnarounds/Major Shutdowns critical path, activity logic, estimated budget and expected outcomes.

• Assist in managing and coordinating Turnaround tendering and contracting activities, such as attending pre-tender meetings, answering questions, evaluating and awarding tenders.

• Ensure that Turnarounds/Major Shutdowns processes and procedures are properly followed and continuously improved and coordinate with all concerned Divisions to ensure that all required resources are available and ready to execute the work.

• Track contractors' Key Performance Indicators and prepare periodical reports with recommendations on Contractors’ compliances

• Coordinate with the Supervisor General Services to review contractors’ invoices against completed jobs and services.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Department Manger . Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor In Technology (Electrical & Electronic Engineering) from Gnyana Saraswathi College of Engineering & Technology (JNTUH), Andhra Pradesh State, India Passed with First Class.
