Follow up and prepare status of shipment to customer besides perform all necessary documentation needed. Learn to understand shipping incoterms and its application. Plan for collection/delivery of shipments with customers and liaise with liner regarding NOA and EDO release within free times. I also need to handle/investigate any damaged container obtaining during the shipping/delivery process. Job billing to every services provided either from liner, customer or haulier.

Conducting surveys (distributing questionnaires) where it requires good communication skills and inherent knowledge to ensure information is effectively delivered/acquired and disseminated to the target respondents. The surveyed were done at Pantai Senok (also known as Pantai Nami), Bachok for four days and seven selected villages around Perak for seven days.

Assisting the researcher doing a project under grant which related to biomedical applications. Here, I learnt a lot on how to run Polymerase Chain Reaction machine, Centrifuge machine, DNA extraction using kits, electrophoresis, and sequencing of DNA and doing documentation involving some suppliers.

The research is about the comparison of color appearances of bamboo of the Gigantochloa scortechinii species through different drying techniques of 2 and 4 year-old ages. Besides, this research also measure their basic density thus comparison were study between color appearances and basic density to investigate which ages have more strength properties for evaluating the quality of the products. This species of bamboo were chosen due to its abundant in Peninsular Malaysia Current CGPA : 3.07
