• Before Concreting ensure the Field density, survey, rebar arrangement, formwork & supports, cleanliness of the surfaces, cover block for proper positioning and embedded items (anchor bolts etc…) as per drawing.

• Ensure that the proper Mix design is used as per drawing for specified work.

• After Concreting, check the visual appearance of the concrete free from defects; verify the strength of concrete by 7 & 28 days cube test.

• If there is any Quality related problems, inform immediately to QC Manager.

• Authority to raise Non Conformance Request for corrective and preventive action if work being carried out does not comply with the quality requirements and project specifications.

• Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.

• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI.

• Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil and Architectural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.

• Monitor and follow up any corrective action request to ensure a satisfactory solution has been achieved.
