Hand-on designing, implementing and maintaining the IBM Netcool and Solarwind NMS for the Network Operation Center (NOC) in order to manage Transport, DWDM, ROADM, MPLS backbone, IP and Metro-E networks.

Renovated network management and OSS by developing a cost-effective software solution to discover and collect network configuration (10,000 nodes) to integrate with the Information Assurance System, Remedy Trouble Ticket System and Visionael Network Inventory System.

Designed and implemented software for the HSSI interface of the Passport ATM switch within a time constraint that assisted to close a multimillion dollars deal with Bank of America.

Designed software for the SONET OC48, OC12, STS1, DS3 and DS1 and provided 24x7 on-call support and customer on-site training.
