‘Improvement in Gauge Management process by implementing the concept of Lean’ and worked on MSA, Calibration of Gauges, Standard Work System etc. 1. Implemented a software for auto tracking the calibration of gauges used on the line as well as kept as inventory in the quality lab.

2. Worked on the Drawing of gauges which helps in the procurement process. 3. Worked on the location and allocation of gauges which are present in the quality lab. 4. 5S- Standardized the existing process of the entire Quality Lab by documenting the process and using the existing process as a baseline for further Improvement. 5. Carried out various Kaizen, 5S, Q Pro, FIFI & NHNM Activities in direction of enhancing the Lean Manufacturing on ShopFloor.

6. Prepared Standard work Combination Chart, Risk Assessment Analysis & Daily Machine Check sheets, thus used as a tool for LineBalancing. ACADEMICS
