This study mainly concentrates on the monitoring of the project by day to day updating, calculating the Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Estimate At Complete

(EAC) of the updated activities and to compute the efficiency rate at certain duration of the project and to cut down the overrun cost by improvising the plan according to situation to improve the efficiency of the project. Objective

B.E Thesis (2015-16): “Strength and Behavior of High Performance Concrete with GGBS’’ The experimental investigation dealt with the study of compressive strength of GGBS under direct compression. A concrete mix of grade M60 was designed and a total of 56 cubes were casted under various mix namely 10% GGBS, 20% GGBS, 30% GGBS, 40% GGBS and 50% GGBS, tests were conducted under direct compression and the results were obtained.
