August 2016 – Present

• Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP) Plan Checks, City of Laguna Beach and Riverside County, CA. Project Engineer responsible for conducting the review of P-WQMPs and F-WQMPs.

• Awareness Floodplain Delineation. Hydraulic modeling lead in charge of using automated tools to create, execute, and review hydraulic models used for comparison to existing Zone A mapping. Assisting in the development of hydrologic inputs and development of hydraulic streamlines. Responsible for verification of the accuracy of the Rapid Floodplain Delineation tool used to perform hydraulic modeling with comparison to detailed model of a pilot reach using the HEC-RAS computer program and HEC-GeoRAS processing tools.

• Federal Emergency Management Agency STARR II Contract, Levee Accreditation. Project engineer responsible for reviewing 65.10 levee submittals for FEMA. Project work includes reviewing hydrologic/hydraulic models, geotechnical reports, operation and maintenance manuals, and overall completeness check that 65.10 requirements have been met.

• Diamond Valley Lake Inundation Mapping Services, Riverside County, CA. Project engineer responsible for providing developing multiple dam breach scenarios for 5 different dams part of or near Diamond Valley Lake using HEC-HMS and detailed FLO-2D hydraulic models of urban/rural areas with levees, channels, streets, hydraulic structures, and buildings.

• Pigeon Pass Dam Failure Inundation Analysis, Riverside County Flood Control & Water Conservation District, City of Riverside, CA. Project engineer responsible for providing data collection, field reconnaissance, and developing multiple dam breach scenarios using HEC-HMS and detailed HEC-RAS 2D hydraulic models of urban/rural areas with levees, channels, streets, hydraulic structures, and buildings.

• Mohave Valley Phase I Future Conditions H&H Modeling Services, Mohave County, Mohave Valley, AZ. Project engineer responsible for providing data collection, field reconnaissance, and developing FLO-2D models and evaluating the hydrologic and hydraulic impacts for the Mohave Valley area.

Water Resources Specialist - Engineering Design Technologies April 2015 – July 2016

• Bellwood Quarry Source Water Assessment, City of Atlanta, GA. Assisted project manager, revised the report, coordinated meetings, and created GIS maps. The project involved mapping the intake water sources to the quarry as well as sources of contamination within 20-mile buffer zone with respect to the pollution level and meeting criteria.
