SCOPE OF WORK:

Interior designing and Mainteanance works.

Interior designing: fall ceiling and baffle ceiling design, pop partitions,glass partitions,wooden flooring,Texture painting,epoxy flooring,carpet flooring and fire hydrant sprinkler design.

Maintenance work: Total 83 acre land with 50 buildings with carpet area of nearly 1350000sqft carpet area maintenance including painting,carpentry,glazing,pop,false ceiling,tiles and granite work,Glass and ACP cladding works for external walls,SS flooring.pressure grouting, APP(atlactic polypropylene) waterproofing and CPE(chlorinated polyethylen) waterproofing works.

SALARY DETAILS

PRESENT CTC :4.7 L/A

EXPECTED CTC : 30 % hike on Present CTC.
