Attrition Management:

Analysing attrition trends tenure wise and devise interventions for retention of employees; keeping track on early stage attrition and taking action on key aspects to retain employees

Driving strong retention strategy for employees beyond 6 months and above; conducting retention & exit interviews for employees

Performance Management

Conducting regular performance appraisal exercises and workshops for employees at all levels
