Project Description: Configuring Legal entity and respective Business Units under this legal entity. Creating departments and Department trees for the Business unit. Configuring Grades and positions newly into Fusion System using HDL and assigning these positions to Jobs according to entity requirement. Creating Cost Centers and assigning this CC to Existing employees in Fusion System through PBL (Payroll Batch Loader).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead for Release management R12 and R13 releases. Participated in weekly calls on status of application and testing. Helping testing team to fix the issues at period of testing.

Worked on OTBI, BI and HCM data extractions in Oracle HCM Production environment. Customization and personalization using Sandbox and also on BPM workflows notifications.

Worked with oracle to fix bugs in Oracle HCM application. Raising SR (Service Requests).

Strong in Functional part of oracle application, come across number of issues application wise and successful in fixing them in stipulated time.

Worked in interfaces module where data is maintained (Data collect) through LIL and CIL files from the slave entity through ACM tool.

Worked with client to categorize functionality gaps between existing scenario and requirement.
