Prepare recovery plan in case of delay to meet project completion schedule.

Selection and identification of Subcontractors with regards to access control system, public address system.

Testing & Commissioning

Scheduling testing & commission in accordance with other discipline engineers.

Coordinate and approval from Local Electrical authority for power supply.

Submission of the Project Handover document.

Estimation

Examined contractual requirements and verified tender drawings/BOQ with specifications. Read tender drawings of various systems viz. Transformers, generators, bus bar, power cables, wiring accessories, light fittings, cable trayand trunking fire alarm, earthing & lightning protection, low current systems as per the specification.

Formulated plans to carry out necessary follow-ups with vendors / suppliers / sub-contractors for timely execution / delivery of the ordered items.

Credited for implementing ISO in various depts. and maintaining its documentations.

Material

Identification of brand of material from the vendor list of the project in coordination with the Store and local availability.

Selection of material supplier in line with the company’s budgetary allocation for the project.

Coordination & Expedite material submittal submission and approval from consultant.

Prepare material requirement schedule and identify the long lead material.

Coordinate with purchase department for the release of LPO.

Prepare material delivery schedule based on the project completion schedule.

Expedite the timely delivery of material from supplier to maintain project completion schedule during the course of execution.

Coordinate with supplier for project completion documentation.
