Job Responsibilities

o Presently handling production process for TVS-HOSUR, TVS-MYSORE, TVS-BMW,IFB-GOA,OTIS. o Multi Resource Scheduling.

o Supervise the workers to ensure they meet important production deadlines. o Involving in root cause analysis. Preparing the PPAP’s, Control plan and Corrective action reports. o Online inspection to ensure defect free components is being produced. o Process Qualification is done for new product developed or any changes in the production line o Conducting pre-dispatch inspection.

o Active involvement in providing training for operators about process and product. o Active involvement in Kanban and Kaizen activities. o Preparing Work Instructions, Setting Instructions, Operator checklist,Do’s and Dont’s at Critical stages o Maintain tools, jigs, fixtures in good condition and maintain spares as required.
