Within five months, tripled the number of bug submissions being submitted by other QA team members.

Following eBay’s acquisition of Critical Path Software, was invited to take on a Mobile QA Engineer role focused on black box and regression quality assurance for various eBay products (iOS, Android and web), including PayPal and eBay Now.Created new builds with Xcode and Android Studios, conducted throttling and breakpoint testing using Charles Proxy and designed and managed test plans and procedures using Test Rails. Utilized both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Quickly emerged as the department’s top bug finder and in-house subject matter expert on accessibility and ad hoc testing.

Proactively studied to become an eBay Top-Rated Seller as means to see the product through the eyes of a customer and improve the UX quality of the app.
