Roles and Responsibilities:

Electrical Design:

Preparation of overall Single Line Diagram, Electrical and automation schematics, As Built Drawings/Documents using EPLAN and RUPLAN.

Design and integration of electrical subsystems, understanding control system requirements, motor feeder type selection like DOL, STAR-DELTA, SOFT STARTER and VFD.

Prepare the Bill of Material and General Arrangement (GA) drawing for control panel.

Developing concepts drawings of electrical sub- system review and create electrical component & sub- system design requirements.

Knowledge about various types of Electrical components selection and cost management

Selection and sizing of key electrical components for the electrical system designs, such as: Switch gears (ABB, Siemens and Schneider), PLC Components (Siemens, Rockwell), Enclosures (Rittal) and other equipment’s for both control and power circuits.

Selection of Proximity sensors & limit switch like capacitive sensor, inductive sensors for high level and low-level feedback to PLC PC Or to Comfort touch panel (TP700, TP900, TP1500) per the process requirement Complete Organizational Experience

Good in understanding of Various Plants Piping & instrument diagram (PID), Flow Sheet Drawings and Motor & Apparatus (M&A) lists of various food processing plant.

Generating the cable schedule, termination details, connection/wiring diagram, and I/O list using RUPLAN and EPLAN.

Manufacturing Clearance for LV Switchboard, HT & LT Cables, UPS as per Approved drawings.

Responsible for the FP7 (project delivery week) maintain, project follow ups and scheduling, hours and cost control, project file maintaining and coordination with inter departments.

Support during inter panel wiring and testing of panels at shop floor and commissioning at site.

Preparation of As Built Drawings/Documents.

Planning and Installation: (supporting to international team Buhler+Scherler AG)

Design of Electrical Power Distribution system.

Preparation of Cable Schedule. For each equipment selection of Cable type and cable length.

For Communication Purpose depends upon Requirement As-I Bus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet & Fiber Optic Selection.

Selection of suitable Cable type and Cable Cross section for Motor and Motor Apparatus.

JB Calculation and calculation of Cable length.

Preparation of Cable Tray and Conduits sizing in drawings.

Preparation of Bill of materials like Cables, cable lugs, cable glands, cable ties, conduits, Cable trays, Cable tray Supports, Mounting plates, junction boxes, fixing materials, safety & service switches, fire barriers, etc. (list of required material with quantity and quality for the Installation)

Cable tray routing in AutoCAD 2D & 3D.

Project coordination with Client, Project Managers.

Site supervision for Installation.
