Receive the Material as per the Gate Pass, Invoice, DeliveryChallan MR or appropriate valid document that received from vender, Plant or any other Area.

GRN preparation as per the quantity of the Material received on OK and make sure that the actual quantity and correct material in to the taken Stock

Maintain Record all the GRN that received and for word to concern Department for further processing

Maintain Retainable Gate Pass, Non Returnable Gate Pass, Material Replacement Gate Pass as per system

Supervise Loading &Unloading of Material

Check the consignment by Quantity, Condition of the Package, correct material as per the P.O. Tagging &Stickering to be done for every Item with appropriate Part nomber, description, quantity location and other location

Offer the same to QC for his cleariance Receipt Location and other detail

Prepare self daily activity report related to receipt and for word the same to GM &HOD

Maintain Function all above work with responsibility General Store & Technical Raw Material Store, Packing Material Store and Reporting to Store In charge with computerized system as well manual bases
