Title: Senior Programmer Analyst

Duties: Design, develop, maintain, and lead mainframe computer systems. I lead the support and development of the Quarterly Tax System which supported the Quarterly filings for State SUI, SIT, SDI, and Local filings for SIT. This system supported 750,000 clients in sending and processing for our Business Partners in the balancing from the daily deposits to the Quarterly filings (received from the clients quarterly) and made adjustments to the billing system to bring the clients into balance before filings went to the particular agencies. When State and local agencies changed to e-file formats we had to change and support that media filing type. We also supported new client setup and agency changes accepting new GSI (Generic System Interface) codes and NETS and other transmission protocols. My documentation and transfer of knowledge became useful and was asked to go to India for seven weeks to train 35 employees on ADP's Quarter Tax System that I had maintained as a lead for 15 years.

DB2 experience - Worked with two DBA's to implement ADP's DB2 structure and Design and developed the first system to use DB2 in ADP.

I take great pride and ownership in my work and leadership. All the projects I’ve been responsible for have always finished on time and within budget.
