Upon leaving, I provided the new instructor with lesson plans for each section in each class with standards and objectives and all materials necessary to complete lessons. This was not done prior to my arriving.
I came into the program mid-year as an instructor left abruptly which was difficult but I think I was able to bridge the gap effectively which made the students and administration happy.
