Development of SCADA screen, PLC program for the boiler and heat exchanger pilot plant. 1)That plant is replica of the original plant, situated at COEP advanced process lab.It consist of temperature transmitters (rtd-pt100),pressure switch, temperature switch, flow transmitter,level transmitter,control valve etc.
Development of SCADA screen and PLC program for the distillation column pilot plant. 1)That plant is for the separation of mixture of water and ethanol. Plant equipped with the Various sensors and actuators.
Worked on the flow loop pilot plant.
1) That plant consist of different types of the flow transmitters that is a) Magnetic flow meter
b) Orifice plate flow meter
c) Venturi flow meter
d) Ultrasonic flow meter
e) Pitot tube flow meter
2) It consist of single phase motor with VFD,Micrologix 1200 plc.
Worked on the Temp. loop
1)compared all types of temp. sensors that is (RTD and Thermocouple)
Worked on the Institute of veterinary and biological product (IVBP) plant.

Worked on the quadruple pilot plant in the comprehensive examination
Development of comprehensive decision support system for the plants in the remote triggered laboratory.
1) Operating of binary batch distillation column pilot plant and ensure that all transmitters,actuators working in healthy condition.
2) Plot the graph of each and every parameter of distillation column pilot plant by using R studio. 3) Find the data interdependency of different parameters of the plant. 4) Applying machine learning approach to the results of the distillation column pilot plant by using PYTHON as language and PYCHARM as IDE.
5) Prediction of the future result.
Published an IEEE conference paper namely Development of comprehensive decision support System for the binary batch distillation column pilot plant in ICOEI 2019.
Conducted “Industrial Automation Course” for Students from different colleges which includes the Basics of Instrumentation, Sensors and Transducers, Selection of sensor, PLC basics, Selection of PLC, Ladder Logic development, Introduction to VLAB and VTU, SCADA .
Assisted in national level competition IT-OLYMPIAD.
