JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a SITE ENGINEER, I have experience and knowledge on the below mentioned topics.

Working closely on construction plans with clients, architects, and other professionals; Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.

Planning & preparation of monthly execution plan, weekly & daily plan to achieve the target completion, plan, monitor, execute and control the site works in co-ordination with contractors, estimation & arranging required resources such as machinery, materials and manpower, planning of activities as per site sequence.

Acting as a main technical adviser on construction site for subcontractors & check out structural steel, facades and building envelopes activities at site.

Making sure that projects meet legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements.

Approving work permits and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement, risk assessment and inspection test plan.

Prepare bill of quantity, weekly work plans, & keep updates on daily work progress reports to clients, planning department & line managers.

Responsible for the organization and check the delivery of materials and equipment’s for the needs of the construction project. The supervision and management of on-site labor also be a necessity.

Monitoring engagement of manpower, machinery as per plan and ensure maximum utilization & optimization of resources.

Monitor the structural steel & facade envelopes works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents, and oversee subcontractors who complete specific tasks of the project.

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising & monitoring the site labour force & the Erection/Installation works of any subcontractor’s.

Raising Inspection Requests, Closing non-conformance reports and take actions to deal with the results of work delays at the construction site.

Liaise with consultants, planners, designers, architects, engineers, supervisors, quantity surveyors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.

Serves as the site representative for all matters related to construction, quality assurance of structural steel, façades & building envelopes works.

Monitoring Fabrication, Welding, Painting, Erection, Cladding, Finishing and Fit-out jobs in line with Project requirements.

Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.

Developing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.

Presenting cost-controlling support for all projects, which includes variation reporting, managing overall operations for executing civil projects within cost

& time norms; ensuring that materials are received in accordance with the quantity & quality.
