Job Responsibilities

1.Report to the Director.

2.To make Final Report of the Product based on different customer requirements.

3.To review and analyze Quality reports, defect report and initiate appropriate counter measure to improve the productivity.

4. To maintain Quality document daily,Weekly & Monthly.

5. To handle the customer audit & closing out audit findings.

6. To maintain the INVENTORY REPORT of all material (Raw material Work in process, Finished goods & Packing material report for every month.

7. To effectively handling dispatch of product by schedule preparation as per customer plan.

1. Reporting to the Works manager.

2. Preparation of Process flow chart and Process drawing, Process sequences & Control Plan for every process.

3. Inspection of machined components in CMM & Measuring Instruments from various machines.

4. Maintaining of Tools & Records for ISO 9001: 2008.

5. Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.

6. To check the vendor product and discuss to manager for product improvement.
