The InterContinental Hotel is located on the eastern edge of the Small Island with views of the sea and the tidal wetlands. It is a 5-star hotel which has floor levels that varies from G to G+6 and includes the following functions:

oCaters to about 350 keys for different types of guest rooms, suites, villas, and chalets

oConference facilities with ballroom and meeting rooms

oPublic areas with concierge lounge, lobby and reception, and lift lobbies

oSeven food and beverage outlets, three meal restaurants, pool grill and bar, and a specialty restaurant

oFitness Centre and Spa facilities

oLandscape and outdoor facilities such as large pools, pool decks, and children’s pool

oBack of house and facilities.

Anantara & Resort Hotel in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah, RAKP - UAE

The Anantara Eco Resort Hotel is located on the Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah. It is a 5-star hotel which has floor levels that varies from G to G+5 and includes the following functions:

oThe five-star resort consists of 343 keys, including rooms, villas, suites, and overwater villas. It will include Maldivian style over-water villas, seafront restaurants, three pools (main family pool, kids pool, and an adult pool), pristine beachfront, villas overlooking the sea, waterfront signature spa, and landscaping

oThe design is distinctive to an eco-resort nestled within the natural features of the site, inspired by resort coastal architecture, local heritage and the Anantara brand. The Resort is designed in a unique architecture style aimed at creating a leisure hospitality destination in the UAE

oThe Project also consists of the Marine works (brake waters and detached brake water), required for proper protection of the project’s beachfront.

Development of Wafi Mall (M.K.M Group) : 2B + G + 51 floors (Wafi Hotel Complex & Mall Expansion) + Five Star Hotel, Multi-Story Car-park, Two Basements, 6 Podiums, Carrefour, Shopping Center, (Post tension beams and slabs), Post tension connection Bridge, Retails & 19 Cinema, (mixed used steel Structure), Suspended & cantilevered Swimming pool at level 06, Total built up area is 192000 SQM.

Approximate Contracts Value of the Project: AED 1.3 Billion.

Most of the other packages such as (M.E.P works, Lifts and Elevators, Aluminum and Glazing works, B.O.H and F.O.H, Fit-Out, and interiors, Steel Structure of Cinema and Car Parks Covers, Connection Bridge to the second level of the multi stories Car Parks…etc ) were awarded to the most reputed companies in the Gulf Area.

Projects: Bay’s Edge Tower: Hotel Apartments, (G+4 Podiums+ 18 Typical Floors+2 Roofs). The project’s slabs are post tension slabs, with swimming pools fountains, Restaurants & landscape areas which were designed at different levels at fourth Podium slab.

Project: 5*Hotel, Al Ain Rotana, Extension.

Client: TMKN property

Phase one: includes a huge basement on a full area of raft foundation, Car park, water tanks, and Generator rooms, 5 cylindrical Luxury villas, Infrastructure works, (B+G+1+Roof- 40 Hotel apartments) on the transfer slab.

Phase two: includes Decoration works and complete luxury hotel’s furniture.

Phase Three: includes suspended swimming pools, fountains, and the related luxury hard & soft scape on the transfer cover slab of the basement.

Project: Al Furjan Project @ Dubai (1515 Villas), Using steel tunnel scaffolding system to cast the walls and slabs in one time (Hunnebeck Scaffolding System)
