o Designing and Building 3d Models by using the SolidWorks and researching to develop the Design according to the Projects specification. o Preparing the Engineering procedure and 2d drawings (GAD, GLY, P&I D, Isometrics, Welding procedure, Painting procedure and projects data sheets). o Design and purchase tools, fixtures, and equipment's for the manufacturing, by contacting various suppliers, starting from the AR till installation and training to the operators.
o Coordinates and performs inspections of raw materials and finished products, applying appropriate quality assurance testing models.
o Conduct production planning meeting to communicate the product requirement, specifications, timeline etc. to all applicable departments including Engineering, product management, production, quality, procurement etc. o Ensure testing, measuring, welding, NDE equipment is fully calibrated per specification and has current certification.
o Review complete technical documentation package to validate product performance against customer requirements and suggest modifications as needed. o Collaborate with the internal departments to ensure that the product is delivered to the customer on time as per the agreed terms & conditions.

o Ensured that the right equipment size and specifications were installed as approved in the drawing.
