Non-Lagging of work after every process until the project will be done.

Follow-up tooling parts at the supplier and mould maker parts.

Mould trail support and optimisation follow-up.

Support to supplier fixing the tool design along with the tool maker.

Good knowledge in metals use for die manufacturing both PDC & GDC.

Perform towards enhancing entire part quality to make scrap as well as rework.

Identify root cause for manufacturing and quality issue.

Good knowledge in all operational m/c like Lathe, Milling, EDM, EDM wirecut, Cylindrical Grinding, Surface Grinding.

Man power handling.

Customer interaction and Development of overall tool manufacturing.

Continuously report about the status of tools and action taken.
