SUMMARY OF CAPABILITIES:
I have more than 12 years of experience in construction supervision and inspection of medium to hi-rise buildings, hospitality buildings and high-end villas projects. I am able to handle the multiple tasks independently in all phases of construction and can manage tasks without compromising project deadlines and quality. In addition, I can review the Project Schedule and update on regular basis; ensure performance of the work strictly in accordance with the plans and specifications of the client considering the compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) requirements.
I have the ability to handle multi-task, deliver good results even under pressure. Liaise with all stakeholders in order to ensure project quality objectives are attained. I have well and advance knowledge particularly related to the piling works. I was assigned for supervision of group of piling contractors in my previous projects with huge piling requirements that led to successful completion. My scope includes monitoring quality to ensure that it conforms to specifications, check and coordinates with in-house surveyor to guarantee correctness of layouts, monitors progress, supervise the stages of bored piling works, flushing and testing, steel fixing and pile concreting works to include all the necessary pre-and post-concreting test, such as pile integrity and plate load testing.
In conclusion, I can ensure that the project in all phases is progressing in accordance with the plans and specifications and adheres to strict implementation of project’s HS&E plan for safe site working environment.
