Garud Technology Services, Inc., Senior Program Manager Dec 2013 – Present As Senior Program Manager, was responsible for IDIQ, BPA, and TO management of projects totaling $50M. Provided business development, capture management, and proposal management for multiple contracts and task orders. Developed all processes and procedures for contract start-up, staffing, contact reporting, contract/task order transition, and execution. STARLIGHT Inspections and TECS Modernization Programs (2003 – 2010) Led the redirection of program approach for 7-year $88M BPA with CBP providing for increased employee morale within a uniquely challenging environment for over 150 development and maintenance staff, including engineers, software developers, and analysts.

Managed budget and ensured milestones were met within budget and on schedule using EVM and performance metrics. Implemented defined risk management approach on the program and rigorous delivery assurance process. Improved and innovated risk management, component procurement, and delivery assurance. Improved processes and approach redirection increased customer satisfaction leading to reduced funding delays, award fee score increases of over 20%, and an 50% increase in the contract ceiling of $44M.
