Proactively lead all aspects of IT management, including data center management, technical support, application development, financial monitoring, and disaster recovery planning. Oversee technological infrastructure in the organization to ensure optimal performance while reporting to the President. Remain up-to-date with continuous developments in technology industry and make effective recommendations on tools and technologies for cost reduction. Eliminate high cost maintenance of mixed operating environment by improving IT communications, upgrading network servers, and establishing consistent hardware / software standards.
