Finalizing & Leading the commissioning activities for smooth running of process line.

Operation & Maintenance of PGP, Mill, Hydraulic System,Lubrication System, Pneumatic System, De-scalar pump, Down Coiler, Pump House, Cooling Tower, Combustion Blower, Dilution Blower & taking care of all utility systems etc.

Project Management :

Involvement in erection work of all the slitting machine, CTL machines, shearing machine, manual machines and utility equipment.

Taking care of the geometrical testing of machines.

Ensure the quality of the arc welding of MS pipe for utility section.

Ensure the coating of the underground pipe line with the help of Holiday Testing.

Taking care of rooting of the utility pipe line including LPG and Oxygen pipe line.

Taking care of all the welding joints should be durable on the basis of pressure testing with proper media for all utility pipes.

Ensure the structure inspection and repair along with TFT of the whole structures as per requirements while project.
