OBJECTIVE:

Project Name: CDAS(Centralized Data Acquisition System) Plant Location: Devi Sea Food, Kakinada

Project Details : Monitoring the Temperature Parameters in the Facility Project Scope : Installed temperature and transmitters in various places in entire Plant and established the RS485 Communication for all the transmitters and read the Values. using Delta PLC with Modbus Application Layer and Log the Values.

Responsibilities : 1. Panel Design & Electrical Wiring Design 2. PLC Programming in WPL Soft.

3. Installation and Commissioning

Project Name : Inter lock Cargo part.

Plant Location: Collins aero space, Bangalore.

Project Details : Manufacturing interlock bearing cargo part Project Scope : Two moulded iron parts attached to apply 1 ton pressure weight with using of Hydraulic pump. Automatic/ Manual operating programming plc with HMI.

Project Name: Blasting booth of concrete mixing vehicle Plant Location: Ajax engineering pvt ltd.

Project Details : Blasting room inside operation programming. Project Scope : Installed tower lamp with buzzer to indicate unhealthy condition of blasting booth using DVP14SS11R PLC programming with HMI. Displays a condition of alarm on HMI screen. and four cylinders of working position alarm.

Responsibilities : 1. Panel Design & Electrical Wiring Design 2. PLC Programming in WPL Soft and HMI programming in DOP soft.
