Pedal Operated Multi-Purpose

m/c. (Diploma Final Year)

Design and build a m/c, pedal power operations are carried (Hacksawing, Grinding & AC current generation).

Travelling Pillow (3rd sem) Which gives comfort to neck while travelling. It includes identifying the problem statement, Design brief and analysis, Market analysis.

Vintage Car (3rd sem) Fabrication of scale down model carried using mfg process (Casting, Forging, Drilling, Sheet metal forming, Machining, Joining, fatening).

Coconut Tree Climber (5th sem) A low cost & safe product to climb coconut trees. WiFi Villa (5th sem) Arduino based Programming to control Home Appliances(fan, lights) using WiFi based smartphone/tab.

Power Hacksaw (6th sem) Complete designing of power hacksaw m/c using Auto CAD 2014. Took Real time Dimensions according industrial standards. Ground marking m/c (7&8th sem) A tricycle type marking m/c which mark lines(two at a time) in sports track(400m) using lime powder. The radius of curvature can also be adjusted as per requirements.
