DesignandfabricationofFrictionstirprocessingofaluminiumalloy6061usingANSYS TheprojectidentifiesthetemperatureprofilesatvariousRPM’Sonworkpiece

(AA6061)whileusingfrictionstirprocessing.Thisprocessisdoneinsimulationwith thehelpofANSYSsoftwareontheAA6061workpiecewiththetoolistobeintroduced intotheplateforholesonitandwewillcalculatethedifferenttemperatures distributionsontheworkpieceatdifferenttoolRPM’s.
